The much-talked-about ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2022 will begin on March 04, with hosts New Zealand taking on West Indies in Mount Maunganui. Overall, the tournament will run over 31 days, where eight teams will face each other in as many as 31 matches.

Bangladesh will start their campaign against South Africa at University Oval in Dunedin on March 05. In the past 11 seasons of the global showpiece event, Bangladesh haven’t yet won any World Cup title. In fact, they haven’t even gone to reach the finals of any edition.

Despite an average record in the multi-team tournament, the fans of Bangladesh would be expecting their side to do well in the upcoming mega-event.
