The Asia Cup clash took an unexpected turn as Nepal’s openers – Kushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh – gave their team an impressive start, momentarily stunning the Indian side.

Nepal, put in bat first, saw their openers put on a stellar partnership of 65 runs inside 10 overs, defying expectations and keeping the Indian bowlers at bay. However, the tide turned when Jadeja was introduced into the bowling attack.

In a remarkable display of spin bowling prowess, Jadeja claimed three crucial wickets in quick succession.
