Rohit Sharma names two players with whom he will never share a room; bursts audience with laughter on The Kapil Sharma’s show

Rohit Sharma, who always remains in the limelight with his amusing acts on and off the field, became viral once again when he appeared in The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show along with Shreyas Iyer. The fun-filled session between Rohit and Kapil Sharma included hilarious anecdotes, giving many humorous moments to the fans.

Netflix released the episode featuring Rohit and Iyer last Saturday. In this episode, the host, Kapil, asked the Indian skipper to name any two players with whom he would not like to share a room. Replying to it, Rohit named Indian batters Rishabh Pant and Shikhar Dhawan as two players whom, he will avoid sharing a room. Rohit cited the reason for them being messy and unhygienic in his statement. Rohit stated that these batters always keep the room dirty and habitually sleep till late afternoon.

Rohit’s witty comment about his room-sharing preferences had fans in stitches, sparking a wave of laughter and reactions across the internet.

Rohit gets a standing ovation in Kapil Sharma’s show

Apart from hilarious moments, the episode featuring Rohit also involved an emotional moment when a discussion regarding the World Cup Final loss broke out. The 36-year-old opened up about the disappointment of losing the World Cup Final against Australia.

Following his comments, Archana Puran Singh,  the show’s judge, offered heartfelt support to Rohit, acknowledging the team’s efforts and impact on the nation’s heart. Her words resonated with the audience, who responded with a standing ovation and enthusiastic cheered for Rohit.

“Whether you won the World Cup or not, you won the hearts of all Indians.” Archana said before giving Rohit a standing ovation.
