Legendary Indian cricketers Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir, both known for their significant contributions to India’s cricketing legacy, were asked to share their insights.

Yuvraj Singh’s interesting choices

While many anticipated Yuvraj to select popular names like Rohit and Virat Kohli as game changers, the 2011 World Cup hero surprised everyone with his picks. Yuvi identified two pacers and an all-rounder as his top game changers for Team India.

“Three game changers, definitely Jasprit Bumrah, all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja; I believe he has that experience, aur teesra (and the third) I think Mohammed Siraj, the way he has been bowling early, So I think ye teen ladke (these three boys),” Yuvraj disclosed during an event hosted by Harsha Bhogle.

Gambhir agrees with Yuvraj

Gambhir, echoed Yuvraj’s selections and picked Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj as his top game changers. However, he added a familiar name to the mix, selecting Indian skipper Rohit as his third game changer.

“Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit Sharma, and Mohammad Siraj. Rohit Sharma isliye bhi kyuki wickets aapko aisi milne waali hai, jaha apko bahut achi batting wickets milegi aur Rohit Sharma jis tarike ki form mein hai, I am sure kaafi runs karenge (Rohit Sharma also because you are going to get such wickets, where you will get very good batting wickets and the kind of form Rohit Sharma is in, I am sure he will score a lot of runs),” Gambhir explained.
